The Climate Crisis And Mental Health A Special Issue Of The International Review Of Psychiatry

In this webinar authors of the special issue of the International Review of Psychiatry on climate change and mental health discuss their research. Despite recognition that the mental health toll of climate change is likely to be severe, few efforts have been made to quantify this burden and explore the ways the negative impacts could be addressed. This collection of research studies, commentaries and analyses attempts to remedy this gap.

Guest editor Prof Mala Rao (School of Public Health), Dr Adrian James (President, Royal College Psychiatrists) and our Climate Cares team marked the launch of this special issue through this webinar held on the 27th September 2022.
