The Senate Judiciary committee convened for the last day of Judge Amy Coney Barrett's Supreme Court confirmation hearings. The last day featured outside witnesses testifying to support or oppose Barrett's nomination. The witness testimonies followed two consecutive days of questions from senators, during which Barrett was asked to explain her views on challenges to the Affordable Care Act, Roe v. Wade and the upcoming election, should the Supreme Court have to weigh in.
