National Train Day Fort Smith Trolley Museum 2016

On National Train Day 2016 the Fort Smith Trolley Museum offered free rides, shop tours, and model railroad exhibits. The day also mark the first day of service for newly restored Hot Springs Street Rwy. #50, and the new extension to the courthouse also had it's final spike driven that day. #50 preformed well, until it split the switch, after rerailing, it was taken for evaluation. Fort Smith Light & Traction #224 took over after the accident.
