Two cars were eastbound on Snow Road on Tuesday at about 1:50 p.m. while two cars, including the police cruiser, were headed westbound. The officer was on a regular patrol and not in pursuit.
The driver in the eastbound curb lane changed lanes. The car pushed the other eastbound car over the double yellow line into a car going in the opposite direction. That car, in turn, struck the police cruiser and pushed it into a pole, police said.
