A woman is behind bars after police say she hit a 5-year-old child with her car and took off. The boy is in the hospital and in bad shape. 31-year-old Christina Glover now faces a hit-and-run charge. It happened on Avondale Road on Sunday evening, off of Victory Boulevard. Dana Smith spoke with neighbors at the scene who say the incident is no surprise because speeding is a big problem.
