Did you know that today is the saddest day in the Jewish Calendar year?
Tisha B’Av (the 9th day of the Jewish month of Av) is a day on which Jewish people fast and mourn the destruction of both the first and second temple.
This past week has felt somber as well, as there have been deep disagreements in the government and among the country’s citizens.
Today as we look to ancient history and remember what Israel has been through, we also remember what they are going through today.
We invite you to continue lifting up Israel and it’s people in prayer, and entrusting this nation’s future into God’s hands 🙏
