During your preoperative appointment, you will meet with a surgical scheduler, who will help you schedule your surgery date and explain everything you need to know about the procedure and how to prepare.
You will discuss insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses for surgery, the operative procedure, and surgical preparation.
Your surgical scheduler will also explain the different lens options and help you choose the lens that is best for you. Finally, your scheduler will guide you through all of the necessary consent forms.
Your surgical scheduler is there to help guide you and answer any questions you have about your surgery.
