In October 2018, the UN said Yemen could face the worst famine the world has seen in 100 years.
Millions of people have no access to food and the only thing keeping them alive are volunteer doctors like Anisa. She, like many Yemen Red Crescent medical staff, has not been paid in two years.
But she refuses to stop working despite the risks, saying: "Our job is human, so I cannot leave it."
The British Red Cross supports doctors like Anisa with our emergency appeal. Please help us.
