Valuing Lived Experience In The Criminal Justice Workforce Hmpps Insights20

In this online event as part of HMPPS Insights20, CJA Director Nina Champion is joined by three individuals with lived experience of the criminal justice system who now work in prisons and probation, helping people to turn their lives around.

The panel discusses the value of lived experience in the criminal justice workforce, and how we can increase the number of people with lived experience working in the sector.
