People working in law enforcement, drug treatment, harm reduction and social services, are calling for drug policy reform to end the punishment of people who use drugs in Asia.
In the lead up to the UN General Assembly Special Session on the world drug problem on 19 - 21 April 2016, their calls must be heard. Their calls for decriminalisation of drug use must be heard.
