This patient in this case is a young woman with an incidentally discovered distal pancreatic mass and has been having unusual abdominal symptoms. She's already had her gall bladder removed. The non-cystic mass is about 1.5cm. It's solid but round and very well circumscribed. It's in the posterior aspect of the distal pancreas. Biopsy was inconclusive but the endoscopist thought's were that it was most likely a neuroendocrine tumor because it felt rubbery. It could also possibly be a solid pseudopapillary mucinous tumor.
