The leading Drum Major is Nick Stables with Dufftown & District Pipe band. The other eight bands taking part were Arberlour Community & District Pipe Band, Ballater & District Pipe Band, Forres and District Pipe Band, Huntly & District Pipe Band, Kintore Pipe Band, Lonach Pipe Band, Strathisla Pipe Band and Towie Pipe Band. The Drum Majors with the bands include Fraser Dyer, Derek Dean, Neil Jamieson, Mike Munro, Mike Morgan and Ronnie Rennie.
