Specifically, the flowchart-based business process workflow engine allows you to define your specific business processes, rules and conditions and walk users through those steps and stages without them necessarily knowing what to do, and when.
This is complimented by the escalation system which allows you to define conditional actions, "if - then - do" rules that execute automatically.
