💥UPDATE: Before completing step 1 below - check the power pedestal for power using only your surge protector indicators or another device that is not connected to your trailer. If the pedestal power is out or there is an issue with the output of the pedestal, you wont have anything to pack up before moving to a new campsite.💥
📃Our Travel Trailer Set Up Checklist:
1) Check for connection lengths and slide clearance. Adjust position if necessary.
2) Level sideways.
3) Chock wheels w/ standard chocks.
4) Connect to power.
*Optional: Turn on fridge and thermostat if you have access.
5) Disconnect & move truck.
6) Level front to back.
7) Install Xchocks.
8) Lower stabilizer jacks.
9) Open slides.
10) Set up ground mounted steps.
11) Connect & set up everything else.
12) Check stabilizer jacks one more time.
