Reorganizing Defense Acquisition A Discussion Of Title Xviii Of The National Defense Authorization

Title XVIII of the FY21 NDAA provided for a reorganization of acquisition statutes in Title 10 of U.S. Code and provides for a one-year phase in period to allow time for feedback from stakeholders and experts on the reorganization planned to go into effect in early 2022. This event is intended to help spur that feedback and will feature acquisition experts who will discuss the changes made in the FY21 NDAA and possible options for improvement.

The panel moderated by Wesley Hallman, Senior Vice President of Strategy & Policy for the National Defense Industrial Association includes:
