Avoid the following for at least 6 weeks prior to treatment. Waxing, hair removal creams or chemicals, tweezing, electrolysis, bleaching. Next you want to shave all areas that are going to be treated the day before your laser hair removal appointment. Avoid all types of tanning of any kind at least 2 weeks prior to treatment. This may include incidental or direct sun exposure, tanning beds, spray tans, and sunless tanner. Make sure to clean area that will be treated from all products such as deodorant, lotion, makeup, and sunscreen. The final step inform us about any medications you might be taking so we can make sure you have a comfortable and safe experience.
