Precautions to take:
- Wear a mask, maintain social distance, limit visitors and ensure your family does the same
- Try online/virtual checkups with the doctor
- Vitamin C, Vitamin D & other supplements are a must*
- Keep Covid first aid kit with a thermometer & oximeter at home
- Limited birthing partners are allowed, please plan accordingly
