EDIT: We have just been informed by the Canadian Justice Department that this is not a federal matter and therefore outside their jurisdiction. They have advised us to contact the Alberta Crown Prosecution Service and the Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the RCMP.
We will obviously do this, but some of you might be able to see the continuing futility of our efforts. If you should have any suggestions on whom to contact or advice on how to take this to the next level please do let us know.
