The OSBI (Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation) is stepping in to investigate the shooting of Terence Walker at the request of the Muskogee police department.
The OSBI says the body cam is another, new tool to assist in investigations.
Saturday, January 17 was not the first time Officer McMillin was involved in a shooting.
