Live Officials Give Update On Deadly Philadelphia Police Shooting Of 12 Year Old Boy

Philadelphia police will hold a press conference Tuesday to provide an update on the police shooting that left 12-year-old Thomas Siderio dead. Police say Siderio was shot after their unmarked vehicle was struck by gunfire.
