Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy is a complex procedure that needs to be performed by experienced surgeons. In this video, the laparoscopic technique, is used to treat a tumor with a diameter of 5cm in the uncinate process. A 66-year-old man with obstructive jaundice was diagnosed preoperatively with a pancreatic tumor of 5 cm in diameter of the uncinate process. The patient underwent laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (Traverso Longmire procedure). The operative part was extracted from medial mini-laparotomy. Through mini-laparotomy was also performed reconstructive phase.
