Io Estenosis Diode Laser Polypectomy

Polyps is the most frequent pathology in any #hysteroscopy unit.

Especially in post-menopausal women it is important to perform a polypectomy. Frequently in older women we can find an estenosis of the internal Os. The endocervical channel is rich in pressure receptors, but the tissue is very fibrotic. We cannot push in order to avoid pain but cutting the fibrotic tissue is painless.
For the polypectomy we used diode #laser, the energy doesn't reach the myometrium and therefor it also painless.
