Recording of an intramedullary spinal cord tumor resection by Vik Udani, MD, Division of Neurosurgery, Senta Clinic, San Diego, CA. A 55-year-old man presents with several month history of progressively worsening bilateral lower extremity weakness and difficulty moving about.
