Inside Story Whos To Blame For The Worsening Refugee Crisis

The United Nations marked World Refugee Day on Monday with a new report that says forced displacement reached record levels last year. UNHCR said the number of refugees have reached more than 60 million people last year, or 24 people every minute. So, what's being done to stop so many people from leaving their homeland?
