How To Prevent Alzheimer’s With Diet

What evidence is there that our meat-sweet diets play a cause-and-effect role in dementia?

For those familiar with the scientific record, this all comes as no surprise. In fact I’ve covered similar studies in the past:
• Preventing Alzheimer’s Disease With Plants ( nutritionfacts.org/video/Preventing-Alzheimers-Disease-With-Plants/)
• Reducing Glycotoxin Intake to Prevent Alzheimers ( nutritionfacts.org/video/Reducing-Glycotoxin-Intake-to-Prevent-Alzheimers)
• Alzheimer’s May Start Decades Before Diagnosis ( nutritionfacts.org/video/alzheimers-may-start-decades-before-diagnosis)
• Alzheimer’s and Atherosclerosis of the Brain ( nutritionfacts.org/video/alzheimers-and-atherosclerosis-of-the-brain)
• Cholesterol and Alzheimer’s Disease ( nutritionfacts.org/video/cholesterol-and-alzheimers-disease)
• The Alzheimer’s Gene: Controlling ApoE ( nutritionfacts.org/video/the-alzheimers-gene-controlling-apoe)

In fact I was even debating whether or not to make this video. It’s like when a new broccoli-is-good-for-you study comes out. Been there; done that. But so many people seem confused about the role of diet and lifestyle in dementia that I figured I’d just cover the latest even though there’s not much new ground broken.
