Henderson County deputies charge a man with taking secret videos of underage girls. 39-year-old Jose Luis Lopez-Moreno faces five felony counts of secretly recording female juveniles with a cell phone without their knowledge. Investigators say the alleged victims lived at the home where Lopez-Moreno was staying. He had fled to Alabama in February and was extradited this week. He is currently being held at the Henderson County Detention Facility under a 5,000 bond.
