Gun Seizures More Likely Under Colorados Red Flag If Law Enforcement Is Involved

It's been two years since Colorado passed the "Red Flag" law. It lets judges remove guns for up to a year from people when there is strong evidence they pose a danger to themselves or others. Kevin Vaughan from our 9Wants to Know team found the chances a judge will take guns away depends greatly on who's behind the effort.
