Governor Cuomo Announces 40 Million Emergency Appropriation To Potential Coronavirus Pandemic

February 26, 2020 - Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced a $40 million appropriation for the New York State Department of Health to hire additional staff and procure equipment and any other resources necessary to respond to the potential novel coronavirus pandemic.
