Gina Muigai Ft Prof Cherif Keita Whose Late Father Survived World War Ii As French Colonial Soldier

I saw the piece on Youtube but I would suggest modifying the intro for more accuracy. This is what I propose:
Professor Cherif Keita, a powerful TrailBlazer whose late father, Mr. Nambala Keita fought and survived World War II as a French colonial subject. The war traumatized him with various symptoms like PTSD but he was determined to make a better life for his country Mali and entire Africa. In 1960, only a week after Mali's independence, he opened the primary school he built with his own money after he had learned to read and write in French while he was in the French army. Today, His son Prof Cherif Keita has dedicated his life and career to preserving African heritage and history. Not only is he an educator at Carleton College, but he has also produced films and has featured in various mainstream media like BBC to revive the history of many other trailblazers across Africa. The East Side Freedom Library of St. Paul Minnesota will have a free screening Prof Keita's film, “Namballa Keïta: A Soldier and his Village”(84 minutes).
