Can the people of Ukraine and their armed forces defeat Russia? There are many who believe they can. Not least in the United States.
And, two of America’s top officials have been in Kiev and at the Ramstein Air Base here in Germany to deliver a forceful message of solidarity from Washington to the Ukrainian leadership. Germany, meanwhile, has changed course and promised to send heavy military equipment to Ukraine against the Russian aggression. So, on TO THE POINT we ask:
