Join us on Thursday, July 8th at 7 PM EST for GBFB Focus: Data-Driven Food Security with Congressman Jake Auchincloss (MA-04) and Senate Ways and Means Chairman Michael Rodrigues (First Bristol and Plymouth).
During the event, we’ll discuss GBFB’s strategic vision and focus on data analytics as well as highlight how mapping our hunger needs in Eastern MA drives where GBFB allocates resources to make the greatest impact. Congressman Auchincloss and Senator Rodrigues will discuss the benefit of investing in their district and how Federal and State support will be critical in addressing food insecurity in our communities.
The virtual presentation will also outline how data led to a new partnership with Southcoast YMCA – the Full Plate Project – to support the increased need for food in the region as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
