First Covid 19 Vaccine Administered In Pennsylvania

The first COVID-19 vaccines were administered in Pennsylvania at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh on Monday, Dec. 14, 2020. The first recipient was Charmaine Pykosh, a 67-year-old acute care nurse in the surgical/intensive care unit at UPMC Presbyterian.
