Tonight on "EWTN News Nightly": The federal government just released its “September Consumer Price Index Report,” and it revealed more financial pain for low and middle income Americans especially. And FBI agents raided the home of a pro-life father of 11 in Tennessee earlier this month. Vice President and Senior Counsel at the Thomas More Society who is defending Paul Vaughn, Peter Breen, joins to tell us about what happened to Paul. Meanwhile, the debate continues over an incident inside a girls' locker room at a public high school in Vermont. Two girls say they asked another student, a biological male who identifies as female to leave the girls' locker room. When some of the athletes and their parents expressed concern, those concerns were basically dismissed. Senior Reporter at the Daily Signal, Mary Margaret Olohan, joins to tell more about this situation. And Pennsylvania has a number of tight Congressional races in the upcoming midterm elections. Republicans have controlled the state's 11th district for more than a decade. They hope to hold onto the seat in the district with the largest Amish community in the country, with Congressman Lloyd Smucker. Finally this evening, a new exhibition in Spain is renewing interest in the Shroud of Turin. EWTN News Correspondent, Colm Flynn, visited the exhibition and joins to tell us about the new exhibition on the Shroud.
