We're filmmakers & we've been making films together since 2013. We've had the honor of attending dozens of film festivals and see our films play on screens around the world. On October 4-7, 2023, we attended the 2023 San Diego Filipino Film Festival, hosted by the San Diego Filipino Cinema. While in their third year, the entire team behind the San Diego Filipino Film Festival continues to step up their game year after year.
If you haven't had a chance to meet the powerhouse husband and wife duo, Benito Bautista and Emma Francisco, you have to attend one of their events. They greet you with open arms and kind smiles, welcoming you to become a part of their family.
As a filmmaker, the San Diego Filipino Film Festival is one of the best film festivals you could be accepted into. From nightly after-parties, to a filmmaker banner, to the screenings, panels and award ceremonies, there is always something to do. So many filmmakers who are accepted into the festival attend, as well as their cast and crews, and continue to apply year after year. With a growing roster of films, we'll be attending the San Diego Filipino Film Festival as long as we can.
