“Where you live should not decide whether you live,” says Bono, U2 frontman and co-founder of (RED). Speaking at the Global Fund’s Sixth Replenishment Conference, Bono gave an impassioned speech in support of the multilateral fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria worldwide.
On 10 October 2019, donors at the conference in Lyon, France pledged US$14 billion to Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria for the next three years.
