Videos and body cam footage pops up all the time, where people never do as asked by police officers, who most times try to de-escalate whatever situation, where as the one encountered by the police escalate things to the extreme.
We know that all of the people being chanted about by Black Lives Matter (in protests and riots) were either not listening to police orders - at all - or they attacked officers in different ways. Their own escalating actions and behavior led to the unfortunate deaths.
