It also provides an overview of tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenSearch, Jaeger, and Pixie that are used to monitor these dimensions. It introduces a comparison framework that considers factors such as feature richness, the shared responsibility model, pricing models, and target IT personas.
