Ms Hatfield had maintained the implication she had an affair with Mr Ibrahim was wrong.
She said there was no truth to the claim and her perceived association with Mr Ibrahim had damaged her reputation and character.
Ms Hatfield attempted to stop the show going to air but her appeals failed - 25 November 2011.
