The three men charged in Sacramento's deadliest shooting pleaded not guilty during a Monday court appearance. Brothers Smiley, 29, and Dandrae Martin, 28, as well as 29-year-old Mtula Payton, were arrested in the April 3, 2022, K Street shootout in downtown Sacramento that left six dead and 12 injured.
