GOP hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy used to be thought of as a longshot candidate for 2024, but a sudden change in momentum has some thinking otherwise. Ramaswamy is rapidly rising in the polls. According to RealClearPolitics polling, Ramaswamy is in third behind former President Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. Ramaswamy is set to discuss the economy, crime, health care and immigration during a town hall moderated by NewsNation’s chief Washington anchor Leland Vittert at 9 p.m. ET/ 8 p.m. CT.
