Friday morning the Cumberland County grand jury handed down indictments against the individuals believed responsible for the Cumberland County quadruple murder last week.The primary suspect, Jacob Allen Bennett, 26, of Crab Orchard, Tenn. was indicted on four counts of premeditated murder, four counts of felony murder and two counts of attempted aggravated robbery. He has remained in custody at the Cumberland County Jail since the day after the murders when he was arrested in Rhea County for violating his probation. In addition Bennetts girlfriend, Brittany Lina Yvonn Moser, 25, of Dayton, Tenn., was also indicted on four counts of felony murder and two counts of attempted aggravated robbery. Investigators say that Moser was with Bennett at the time of the murders,The four victims 22-year-old Rikki Danielle Jacobsen, 17-year-old Domonic Lewis Davis, 17-year-old Steven Michael Presley and 16-year-old Jonathan Raymond Lajeunesse were found shot to death in Jacobsens vehicle on a road on Renegade Mountain on September 12, 2013. Investigators say the murders happened as Bennett and Moser attempting to rob Jacobsen and Davis during a marijuana exchange -- accounting for the two counts of attempted aggravated robbery.Moser was arrested Friday morning at her home on Railroad Street in Dayton.The TBI, Cumberland County Sheriffs Office, and 13th Judicial District Attorney Generals Office expressed their thanks to thank the Rhea County Sheriffs Office, Dayton Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service for their assistance in the investigation.
