As I had heard that there was a special train coming down the Memphis District, I tried to get him before some storms rolled into the area. After accidentally missing him at Greenbrier, I tried to get him at River Junction since he was having to stop for a northbound CSX mixed freight (which I did not catch). However, after the CSX train had passed, the bridge raised to let a barge through, and I got a video of the entire sequence.

Though I guess this bridge is more accurately described as a "liftbridge" rather than a "drawbridge".
